Sonomax Technologies 3,276,000 shares for debt

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Sonomax Technologies Inc.'s proposal to issue 3,276,000 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share to settle an outstanding debt of $163,800, as per the company's press release dated April 18, 2012.

Creditors: two

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
