Sonomax touts eers sales numbers

SONOMAX TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATE UPDATE; SONOFIT INGREDIENT BRAND GAINS TRACTION; NEW EERS PCS 150 & 250 AVAILABLE MARCH 1ST 2012

Sonomax Technologies Inc. has provided a corporate update to shareholders.

Sonomax had a very strong International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the largest consumer electronics show in the world, and National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM), the largest music industry and pro audio show in the world. For the first time ever, SonomaxAcopyright had a completely retail ready product line to show at CES. Additionally, SonomaxAcopyright received several high profile CES accolades - eersA was named Best of Innovations winner for the entire Headphones product category at the CES Innovations 2012 Design and Engineering Awards and Best of CES by the prestigious Laptop Magazine.

Sonomax Technologies remains a technology company that aims to license its award winning SonoFitA fitting platform that will enhance the comfort and fit for any of the OEMs that sold the 300 million aftermarket earphones, the 491 million Smartphones and 175 million BluetoothA headsets in the CE (Consumer Electronics) channels last year. In order to do that, Sonomax needed to show OEMs that the product could be manufactured, that the product would live up to consumer's expectations, that consumers would pay for them and that returns would be less than 5%.

SALES: We can report that consumers are buying eersA online everyday (www.myeers.com), at retail 6-10 units/month/store in most stores (APW, J&R, B&H, Source) and through distribution (JAM, Headrush Custom Earbuds) and that returns are well below the 5% threshold. With the new single button system on the new PCS 150 & 250, we expect that number to be even lower.

MANUFACTURING:Adam Schwartz, Sonomax's Executive Vice President and COO has spent considerable time in China with his team perfecting the manufacturing process and is confident that production will continue to increase to meet the growing demand.

All of this adds up to a successful proof of concept for shareholders and OEMs. With the new PCS 150 & PCS 250 design, packaging and out of box consumer experience, Best of CES Awards and our new Creative Director Arabian Prince, we have the makings of a hit product.

Core Focus remains OEM Licensing

With this proof of concept securely in hand, Sonomax was able to meet and is now in negotiations with many of the top OEMs in Consumer Electronics. Sonomax and Levin Consulting are working diligently to close some of these agreements. In addition, Sonomax continues to pursue licensing opportunities in the Gaming, Military and Health channels.

Going forward, and in response to shareholders, Sonomax will report progress on a regular basis, on licensing, sales of eersA and other important initiatives. 2012 promises to be a pivotal year for Sonomax and we are confident that we will be making headlines again in the very near future.
