At present we have at least 2 term sheets signed, 1 with Addvantech for developing and distributing Sonomax technology in a "talk system". Heres a link for that nr.

We have not heard a thing on these 2 deals and would suspect we will get news on these to see if they turned into licence agreements. I would consider both equally important, whereas, the latter is the military market and the former has overseas connections that maybe future products could be carried by or funneled through to access the overseas markets.

We have a current 5 year license deal with BHP (i beleive this contract is still in place) worth approx 200k a year. We also have some smaller liscence deals which provide the company with operating revenue.

It was an excellent sign that our booth was kept extremely busy with line ups during the recent CES show in Las Vegas. This kind of attention and interest does not go unnoticed by scouts for the likes of Apple, RIM, etc. Even a smaller player may see a way to get in if the big guys guard is let down. I should mention (here again) that tech companies will frequently be confidential in their business arrangements and deals may be signed for months before they are made public. I would suspect that meetings would have been arranged by Levin after the awareness that was created at the show or as a result of the following publicity.

I have what I call a large position in this company( 1mil +) and have faith in Sonomax succeeding in the near future.
