MAVIZON TECHNOLOGIES’ AUTOBOT TAKES TOP PRIZE AT CEA’S I-STAGE TECHNOLOGY COMPETITION
Mavizon Technologies Awarded $40K and 2011 CES Booth as Winner of i-stage; Tremont Electric LLC Takes Second Place
Arlington, Virginia 10/19/2010

The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)® announced that Mavizon Technologies took top prize for its AutoBotTM, a revolutionary automotive appliance used to integrate the car with mobile devices, at the third annual i-stage competition, a technology event featuring the most innovative consumer technology products that will soon come to market. Eight finalists unveiled their products before a live audience and expert judges yesterday during the i-stage event, which took place during CEA’s 2010 Industry Forum, scheduled October 17-22, 2010, at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, California.
Mavizon Technologies will receive $40,000 dollars, a turn-key exhibit at the 2011 International CES®, the world's largest consumer technology tradeshow and the option of a booth at CES Unveiled in New York or Las Vegas. Mavizon Technologies was also chosen by the audience as the Fan Favorite and took home an additional $2,500.
AutoBot™ is the quickest, easiest, and most intelligent way to integrate the car with its user’s mobile lifestyle. The AutoBot hardware is a revolutionary automotive appliance that is user-installed and easily synced with cloud-based software via a web utility. It brings an artificial intelligence to the automobile through cloud-based social media integration, and allows users to control nearly everything about the vehicle from a mobile device or computer - all without a monthly service fee.
"It's exciting to experience upcoming innovative technologies and Mavizon Technologies brings this vision to life with its AutoBotTM, a revolutionary product in the automotive technology sector," said Gary Shapiro, president and CEO, CEA. "We are thrilled to have Mavizon Technologies on board for the 2011 international CES and we congratulate them on taking top prize at CEA's i-stage competition."
Tremont Electric LLC placed second in the competition with its nPower PEG and was awarded $7,500, as well as the option of a booth at CES Unveiled in New York or Las Vegas.
