First off, I will try to respond to cacfa1, s with Nicks answers.
cacfas questions
A few questions as follows:
1) approx. $2.4 million could be raised by first week in September if all 5 cent warrants are exercised. In light of this, why hasn't he issued any news releases in last two months to ensure this gets done and the company has sufficient cash on hand for V4 launch? Also, what is current status on number of warrants exercised?
2) when can we expect to see some significant traction on big dollar contracts? i.e. Sennheiser and ST Microelectronics reps were at the June AGM meeting.
3) what are the impediments to introduction of the V4 technology, if any? I've heard all the stories about the upside; I also want to know the risks.
4) the recent video on Globe and Mail seemed to imply that V4 would be available for Christmas under Sonomax name - I thought this was not the game plan and if it is, how is Sonomax going to fund the upfront costs to make the inventory?
5) why aren't we seeing some active promotion on his part over the last two months? Given the recent media news about hearing loss in teens, it is time to deliver for investors.

1) All the warrants are being exercised including his,we are being cashed up.
2) 2011,
3)yeah, there are still risks but most have been overcome. (95% i beleive he said)
4) we dont have to front the money, we just get the royalty through a liscence agreement.
5) no point until our product was perfect,
I had asked if we are still getting cash from Hearing Coach, he said yes and they were increasing their volume, and now he expects them to change over to the v4, as will others. Most of my questions have been answered in the last 2 nr,s, so i wont post them whereas they were just general. We have the patent and no one else apparently has this technology. We are still waiting for more deals to be announced and he couldnt comment on them. News should be frequent now whereas we have so many things on the go.He sounded very confident that going forward we will meet sucess and put this company where we should be. I was very impressed with my conversation with Nick and truly beleive this is just the begining. IMO, we are on our way
