Items #12 to 14 state that the Board of Directors of Canadian Superior Energy have not decided whether to sell Canadian Superior's Western Canadian holdings. However, Mr. Coolen states that Canadian Superior has been offered in excess of $110 million dollars for it's Canadian Western Basin Assets.
