Hi Jim; My understanding is that while Canadian Superior is under CCAA protection while it is being reorganized that there can be no take overs during this time period. So let's hope that the share price continues to go up during this protection period and then when the sale of part or all of Canaidan Superior's percentage of Block 5(c) is sold that this will also fuel the share appreciation so that by the end of the CCAA protection period that Canadian Superior's share price will be a lot higher than it is now to deter an outright take over of Canadian Superior. I think that the time to takeover SNG has passed. An intelligent buyer would have taken it over months ago. The attempted stealth take over by PAI hopefully will fizzle out. Fifteen percent interest on the loan indeed!!!!!!
