It strikes me that SNG is in an extremely dangerous position with the CCAA and Receiver issue with BG and the bidding for 25% +/- of 5c. With a market cap around $80m we are trying to sell a 4TCF asset with a 70% WI potentially worth $1B. CHQ owes SNG $14 plus WI to date of about $50 in total. What keeps a takeover from happening, hostel or other wise. The company can be had for peanuts and it includes some production and other key exploration opportunities, NS, MG, Libya and LNG. Why pay $200m for 25% of 5c when the entire 70%, plus daily production and NS, Libya etc can be included for $400 to $500. This takeover could include BG. BG put us in a hole, the SP is 1/3 what it was and the Endeavour discovery should have doubled it to say $3.00, then on sale $4.50 to $8. Who wouldn’t be happy. I think we are very vulnerable for a low takeover bidder.

Is there any way to track who may be buying large numbers of SNG. The report previously shared was for US Amer only.
