CREEKER;

Canadian Superior isn't trying to walk away from their monetary obligations on this project. On the contrary. They are trying to sell their 45% share of the 5(C) block right now. Look at the Scotia/Waterous virtual data room. http://www.waterous.com/canadiansupe...

Canadian Superior may be financially overextended at present but if they can sell their Block 5(C) holdings in March, that will give them enough money hopefully to pay off the Receiver and BG and their 78 subcontractors. Then they will hopefully have enough money left to start drilling on the M/G Block in Trinidad in the 2nd quarter. Hopefully through all of this SNG's share price will go up along with the upcoming news.

This is different from the Mariner fiasco years ago off Nova Scotia as sng's partner El Paso, sold off their Canadian holdings and their drilling operations during the drilling of the Mariner well. They got out of the drilling business. When it came to the flow testing after the well was finished drilling and the "icebergs" left, SNG's partner El Paso refused to pay their share of the flow testing and therefore Canadian Superior had to P/A the well without flow testing it as they didn't have enough money to conduct the flow test alone. This time with BG as operator now the flow testing will be completed and we will have the results and hopefully the 5(C) Block will be sold sometime after March 20th.

Lawsuits? Yes, if things go bad there could be class action lawsuits against SNG, BG, CHQ. They all have insurance for class action lawsuits so they won't bankrupt the companies. However, if everything goes right, we will all make money and there will be no need for any lawsuits.

P.S. I just noticed that the information in the Scotia/Waterous Virtual Room supports the flow testing information from SNG's earlier press releases and not Ewan Dennings affadavit info from BG.\

Cheers; Scott
