SNG should sell it's 5(c) holdings to the Libyans

Right about now Greg Noval should be in touch with his partners in Libya offering to sell them or the Libyan government oil company all of SNG's 45% interest in Block 5(C). I recall reading in the news paper about a month ago that the Libyan government has billions of dollars in cash that they are interested in investing in the Western Hemisphere predominantly the USA. It was either the Libyan ambassador to the USA who stated this or it was Muammar Ghadafi's son who was educated at Harvard who made this statement. Greg Noval should be contacting the Libyans to give them the opportunity to purchase control of a major natural gas field that will play a major role in supplying natural gas to the United States in the future. Selling to the Libyans would accomplish several things;

1) SNG would get a fair price and the funds it needs to drill on the M/G Block in Trinidad, and the Tunisian/Libyan Block.

2) SNG's shareholder's namely us would get paid off by with a high share price so we could either cash in at a juicy profit or we can continue to hold valuable shares to continue on SNG's oil projects just stated in point 1.

3) SNG could pay off the Canadian Westernl Bank and walk away from doing business with them forever.

4) Canadian Superior could then pay off Maersk A/G and complete the drilling and flow testing on the Endeavour Well as per contractual arrangements and this would put an end to the court appointed Receiver.

5) Selling to the Libyans would give British Gas their "dream partner" to develop the 5(C) Block in the future. I'm shure that the management of British Gas would love to deal with the Libyan government as their majority partner.

6) Selling to the Libyans would shut up Palo Alto Funds once and for all. They would get a good return on their investment and Palo Alto and Steelehead would be seen as selling out America's long term energy interests to the Libyan government. Palo Alto And Steelehead would have a hard time doing business with US companies after such a move.

Does anyone have Greg Noval's phone number handy?

Cheers; Scott
