I called the company this morning to assure myself that we are still dealing with a live business here. And we are. They are still filling their PP announced some time ago - it is about 2/3'rds done; that will provide financing for upcoming drilling and other site work.

They have new targets identified for drilling and have permission this year to use trails they could not use before, so they will have surface access now to some of these sites, instead of having to use helicopters, like before.

The high % of hematite that was in the bulk sample still leaves the impression that there is likely to be kimberlite with dimaonds in the area, as they are associated with hematite. It is an indication that there were high temperatires present there at one time, which is usually the factor that creates the diamonds. There are plans to do some caustic fusion in that same area, but in different spots from where the bulk sample was taken.

The company has some debts, but it has a good relationship with its suppliers who are working with the company, so there is no worry about things not carrying on. Having come through the dark days of last fall when the the stock wasn't trading (through the fault of the former accountant and misinformation from the SEC), things are getting back on track.

This is reassuring to me and I am ready to add to my position.
