Hard to fathom any rationale for going through these old issues other than perhaps the exchange reviewer felt there was not enough disemination of the information in the first instance.

The fact that these things are coming out would seem to indicate the company is attempting to rectify things and get back into active trading. Missing these last couple of months hasn't really harmed anything and perhaps the timing will be fortunate if Fridays rally becomes an indication of things to come.
