Over the years I have had many issues that were subject to Cease Trade orders. In my experience the exchange gets very, very picky once that type of halt is initiated and insists that absolutely all the "ducks" are in order prior to re-commencement of trading.

I can understand their position as to have things in an "on/off, on/off" mode would just create more disarray.

I suspect that in these turbulent times it would be a given that exchange personnel are "up to their eyeballs" so to speak and that would extend any processing of company documents.

Overall I don't think its a bad time to be on the sidelines. Juniors are usually well delayed in any recovery and it may be better to have the big boards settle down before getting this company back into active mode. That way IF and that was an intentional big IF, there are any positive information releases, they won't get lost in the shuffle.
