The halt is for failure to file financial statements, and failure to file Management Discussion and Analysis.

Both are mandatory standard documents required by the securities commission.

I have no idea how they could miss such a deadline... they have pretty simple financials. Shouldn't take jack to put together their statements by any accountant... perhaps they aren't paying their bills...
