Monday September 08 2008 - Private Placement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced June 19, 2008.

Shares: 5.25 million shares (of which 1.75 million have flow-through features)

Purchase price: seven cents

Warrants: 3.5 million share purchase warrants to purchase 3.5 million shares

Warrant exercise price: 12 cents for a one-year period and 15 cents in the second year. The private placement consisted of 1.75 million units at a price of 21 cents per unit. Each unit comprises one flow-through share, two non-flow-through shares and two share purchase warrants.
