Hi bestguesswho,
From a very brief conversation with Snowfield on the subject, I think that it was a combination of Jennifer being available and also the unique challenges and opportunities that the Ticho project represents that helped make up her mind to work with Snowfield.
Whatever it was that sealed the deal, I think that the company will use Jennifer's talents to the full and pay her well for it. In return, she has a rather unique opportunity to use all of her professional skills and knowledge to increase the understanding of the Mud lake deposit, assist in the current bulk sample analysis and hunt for the elusive (and probably diamondiferous) kimberlites close by. A perfect opportunity for all.
I hope that this helps.
