Message: Re: A Point Worth Noting With Respect to the DDN Results

My post was not intended to cast a shadow over Snowfield decisions, but to highlight the potential significance of the sieve cut-off size. The presence of micro diamonds in the Mud lake kimberlite is not guaranteed.

If a company uses diamond separtion parameters that are aimed at finding all diamonds, no matter how small (within reason), my limited knowledge would indicate that DDN's approach would be reasonable. If a company is principally interested in larger diamonds, I would suggest that SNO's approach was a good one. However, I think that perhaps SNO's best efforts may have been thwarted by the hematite and perhaps an overly coarse crush size. Still, we will soon find out.

All the best...peterjr
