It seems to me that there are many good reasons to buy at these low levels and for some persons now is a good time to sell.
It looks like a bargain price if you still believe in the future of this company. If they can find just 0.5 carats per tonne and if there are a few large stones and if the size of the resource is large enough and if, etc..... Then this is probably a good time to buy.
On the other hand, if you bought in the $.40 cent range, extended yourself and are now looking at the current price maybe then you sell in fear of still lower short term prices. Maybe you have just "lost the faith", or maybe you just need some cash to pay some bills, who knows?
But, the volume is still quite high so there is still interest. I'd be worried if the volume was low. So all this tells me is that there are lots of folks out there or maybe just one who still thinks that this is a viable project! Of course, that's just my opinion. And I'm still holding a lot of shares.
