Randal, did you not notice that Jennifer's degree is an honours degree from Queen's University. It's the top engineering school for mining and geology in Canada. In my opinion, with this kind of educational training, she has already earned a PhD based on her significant experience.
Let's hope that she can get this company on the right track.
