Good news spent 45 minutes in the office today with Graham and Fraser. Good talking to them, very confident and down to earth. They are not happy with what happened. So much to write about. For all those who have never talked to the gentlemen, I advice you do so. Now we talked about a lot and I didn’t write it down, which I should’ve.

The news release is going to come out latest Tuesday morning. It is going to explain 3 options that could've happened.

1 - SRC screwed up

2 - magnetic oxide on the rocks

3 - mud lake has nothing

if option 3 is the one, then Graham suggests that they rewrite all chemistry books because it doesn't match with what they found. The News Release is also going to explain what they are going to do in the near future.

So what is happening is that they are going to take the sample at SRC and rerun it through a caustic run. Debeers has been informed and will take a more thorough look at it.

They are currently moving one of the drills to the mudlake area to drill a hole to get the caustic sampling done on that hole. This should take 36 hours to drill and they informed the company that is doing the caustic testing and they said they can do it as soon as they get it and could possibly be done the test in a week when they receive it. With this test Fraser was saying they may crush all the rock, even if it means crushing the big diamonds, just so they have a better idea of the carats/ton. So I suspect that within a Month we will get a result on this sample.

With this test done Fraser is hoping that it will take the share price back to the previous high or even higher.

Some more good news! They recently hired a geologist named Jennifer. She previously worked for Sheerfield Minerals (you know what I now totally forget what the company’s name was, but something to that ring) and several other companies. She is on the field and starting to organize things a lot more than previously. Graham said that she already has discovered some spots of where potential kimberlite could be that they had never noticed before. So he is really excited to have her on the team.

Mineralfields, our flo-through share friends had a sit down with the boys and they are still fronting the cash, although Fraser was saying that it won’t be the full $2 million.

As we speak they are still exploring and drilling, the boys haven’t sold a single share yet and are really excited for what is still to happen.

They see at least the $0.25 when the News Release comes out . Lets wait and see.
