The discussion reminds me of the famous skit by Abbot and Costello!
Originally, 1/3 of the concentrate was going to be shipped to Kennecott's lab but since they were shut down, more was sent to SRC. Maybe SNO decided to keep part of the amount that was to be shipped to Kennecott.
