I don't think the HUD release can be viewed as a factor at all. Pretty difficult to put the brakes on these things once they reach a certain stage. To do so just because someone else has something happening would invite all sorts of regulatory inquiries.

The PDAC goes through Wednesday the 5th and based on the companies own "six day counting" projections it would seem everything is essentially "on schedule".
