Thats for sure.

News by regulation has to be released in an expeditious manner so as to be "fair for all"  However in this case the timing was much more controllable.

Think about it.  Everything depends on the arrival of the "qualified person" to supervise.  The actual sample has been sitting there for quite some time.

Setting a date for the arrival and thereafter commencement of the counting process to coincide with beginning of P.D.A.C. just makes terrific promotional sense and would seem to be totally defendable.

Methinks we are going to have an interesting week ahead of us.
