Message: Most important statement in the NR

Firstly, I am very pleased to know that Snowfield now has the necessary funds to continue its exploration for more kimberlite deposits. This is probably the most important task on their hands.

As far as the delineation of the Mud Lake deposit is concerned, I believe that the company is very encouraged by the chemistry of the indicator minerals and the fact that the kimberlite has been proven to be diamondiferous.  Beyond this, I trust that the company does not know much more than the information that has been published to-date.

Exploration of the property, for further kimberlite bodies, has gone on while the bulk sampling program has been in full swing and will continue until more kimberlite is found. It is worth noting that the Mud Lake delineation work will only commence in the coming two weeks or so, using the third drill rig that is not yet in operation.  IMHO, the timing of this has been carefully planned so that the drill rig may be diverted to find more kimberlite, if the bulk sampling proves to yield disappointing results. After all, why would they consider carrying out a lot of work trying to find the size of the Mud Lake kimberlite, if its potential to yield a viable amount of diamonds is yet to be proven.

If the diamond count and grading yields positive results, Snowfield will want to quickly get an idea of the how much kimberlite there is at Mud lake, so that its worth can be estimated, albeit very approximately. In fact, I think that the delineation work will suddenly become top priority, under these circumstances, as the prospect of the company and/or Mud Lake being purchased will become very real indeed.

This play gets better as the days go by. From what I have gathered so far, the chemistry of the indicator minerals is truly world class and exceptional and De Beers knows this very well. Only a few days separate us from the bulk sampling results. Everything looks extremely positive so far, but nothing will be more definitive than the results. With this thought in mind, I wish luck to all of those that have chosen to stay the course, for better or for worse.

To close, remember, if the Mud Lake bulk sampling proves to be disappointing, the kimberlite that it is being hunted down right now has the potential of being a company making discovery.

Good Luck....peterjr
