Mineralfields puts together these Flow through lmited partnerships.... Investors in the fund need not be acredited investors and therefore need not pass the means test required for private placements. They usually wind up within about 2 to 3 years and cash out their partisipants.

Mineralfields did about the same terms with SNO as they did with PRB.... at market price with 1/2 wt at double market.

They have a good track record of finding high gain potential projects, with minimal downside risk..... They also usually arrange crosses and or buyers for thier positions so as to be as efficent exciting a position as posible. I have seen them get out of large positions without impacting the market. Have followed them for some time.
