I am a new poster to this Board and any board for trhat matter

Have been reading all the posts for the past 2 weeks

I have one question on the private placement

Why would an insider be allowed to pick up shares with a favourable warrant if the stock is about to break out of the gate in the next couple of weeks

Wouldn't DEBeers be jumping at the bit to make an offer or at least do  a short term loan based upon expectations and they should no better than anyone
