You remember the option that CGW had to buy a half interest in SNO's 80%, then they didn't follow through and SNO called them on it.  CGW and some of the posters on the SH board were quite upset.  They talked about lawsuits, etc., etc. for weeks.  Has it ever occurred to you that these guys might be involved somehow.   Keep the price low and accumulate so that they can still get a share of the pie that's being baked. 

I never did have good feelings about the management of CGW.  In particular, one who could be supporting them struck me as being a Murray Pezim wannabe from the frontier days on the old VSE.

Of course, this is all just speculation and my humble opinion.
