STA has been embraced by the market.... propelled by those that took down the PP..... I would bet that the recent placement has been short sold against and they will gently move the stock down untill those shares become free trading.

The irrational exuberance of this play is wonderfull in the context that it has brought a lot of new investors into the diamond sector.... Now consider that STA is about where SNO was 3 years ago when SNO found Mud Lake and proved it was diamond bearing via caustic disolution of cores.

The fact that SNO also has marco diamonds comparible to STA is also very good.... But SNO has a 500 Tone sample about to be processed... and if there are a few large diamonds, STA has shown the potential for irrational exuberance to embrace an exploration diamond play. Couple this with location and SNO could be a winner for us long time holders...

STA has provided some very encouraging activity to the diamond sector.... JMHO
