being a board leader is a thankless job just like a team leader in the real world, you get asked a lot of silly questions but you try to be polite, after a while you get tired of them and your answers are more curt, then you have to be a referee and babysitter at the same time. Ive been on a lot of boards in the 7 years or so that ive been an active trader and its always the same, it takes someone with a thickskin, loads of patience and and them being a bit of a diplomat to last long. imo
