I'm curious to see how or if this gets answered by management. I strongly suspect it'll be along the lines of,

"Financings are an integral part of any exploration company's business strategy. Of course, due to financial security regulations we cannot reveal the timing of our next planned financing, but suffice to say that it will occur when most beneficial and advantageous to the company and its shareholders."

Sheesh...I should've been a lawyer!
