Once again, very positive drill results reported from SLAM's Ontario gold properties - this time the Reserve Creek property, with ALL holes reported intersecting highly anomalous gold values. RS0808 was particularly encouraging reporting two - 1/2 metre intervals of over 24g gold per tonne. Be assured that these results are quite promising, and SLAM management and geologists are undoubtedly excited by them.
On another note, that measly $0.025 jump this week was in fact a 25% increase in sp. We'll take it, and hopefully retain it, while further results come in to further propel the sp - at least we're all hoping!
Take the time to listen to Mike's interview, posted yesterday(see forum). Among comments made, he states that he's confident remaining holes from Reserve Creek will assay with strong gold values - one of those holes had vg (visible gold). When asked about where SLAM will be 6mths - year from now, he said that a new resource estimate from Nash Creek will be completed in that time (6 mths.), and that within a year, a feasibility study should well be underway, and some of the gold properties should be brought up to 43-101 status. He sounds quite optimistic about the Ont. gold properties, and with good reason, given recent results. He also mentioned that they have 3 new geologists on staff.
Well, I guess that's about it. Have a great weekend - the first one of summer!
