Now that we have a direct access to Mike Taylor I won't have to bother him as much with prolonged phone conversations when I'm really only looking for a few short answers. It lets Mike and associates carry on with their real business without too many prolonged interuptions from people like me. With some companies I've had my questions answered within a few hours, others maybe a couple of days.
