Good morning All
I believe we drilled longer on D1 than earlier suggested. I expect that drilling a couple of holes more than earlier anticipated might have been the cause. Some one blew into my ear that the hole count in Skyharbours Rainy River Area might... or either could or would be increased.
I met the owner of Red Lake Drill while attending Toronto Show recently and I have confidence in his team.
Moving between holes is not simply just moving , It requires a tear down and a little site work clean up. Moving between holes requires time, labour and equipment as we are not on flat land but on rugged old Canadian Shield Terrain. New sight prep and setup before drilling next sight.
Yes it takes time and after drill core is collected . we can march off to assy office and stand in line there as they no doubt can not begin to keep up with all the exploring that is being done and the demands put on them at this time.
One should realize that all exploration work has increased to full ahead and drills, crews, and assay labs, are in extremely short supply. I could not begin to think how many drills are working in even Red Lake Area at this moment. Now add in Rainy River area, Bisset Manitoba, Kenora, Beardmore, Wawa, Timmins , Kirkland lake, Detour Lake and now the area that Noront and Spider and the rest are now in and all the area in between these points. Yes, for those of you that have not been on a tour of all Ontario, be informed that I see close 1000 miles of activity here alone. And now look at the other provinces and everywhere I look, all I can see is feverish activity everywhere .
I cannot begin to think how many miles of drill core that are sent to weekly to assay labs now.
So we must have just a little understanding and patients .
