-that Dr. Jingbin Wang is the Chairman of The Board for both, Silvore Fox and Canaco. He is the President of Sinotex Mineral Exploration Co. Ltd. which is in partnership with Canaco and with Silvore Fox. It is a major mining company in China.

-that Andrew Lee Smith is the President and CEO of Canaco. He was appointed to the Board of Silvore Fox in June. From what I can see, both companies rely on the expertise of Sinotex personnel in China.
