(TSX VENTURE:SFX) (the Corporation) is saddened to announce that Ron Johnston, a director of the Corporation, is reported missing and presumed dead following a suspected plane crash off of the coast of Nova Scotia on Thursday, August 5th, 2010. Rescue efforts were called off late Saturday afternoon and the Company continues to await additional news from the RCMP. Mr. Johnston was on his way to a meeting of the board of directors of the Corporation at the time the plane was reported missing.
