TORONTO, Aug. 12 /CNW/ - Leading Netherlands based software publisher
Lighthouse Interactive, now part of SilverBirch Inc.'s (SVB:TSXV) video game
division, and UK developer Arberth Studios, announced that their dark
mythological Adventure game, Rhiannon: Curse of the Four Branches (PC) will be
releasing across Europe (excluding: Italy, Greece and Russia) in the next
quarter. Based on the terrifying tales of the Mabinogion, a collection of
eleven prose stories from medieval Welsh manuscripts, Rhiannon is deeply
rooted in Celtic mythology. This chilling first-person, point-and-click
adventure follows the haunting of a lonely teenage girl named Rhiannon, as she
unwillingly enters a world filled with supernatural phenomena, magic, myths
and horror.
"Arberth Studios has crafted an instant classic with their blend of Welsh
myths and legends told through a truly terrifying storyline," said Erik
Schreuder, President of Lighthouse Interactive. "Rhiannon is sure to bring
chills to gamers across Europe."
