Hi , you beat me to it - I think we have about 34M in 2010 while you have 315M. You have almost 10x as many people & illegals are a definite problem. Your rules should be far more strict, but here again it's cheap labour - violating the basic rights & priviledges of others. No guts to inforce what is right. Cheap labour means increased profits - even at the expense of others.

Didn't I hear recently that between 1/3 to 2/3 of MD's in the states would quit Medicine altogether if they could because they are already frustrated with all the bureaucracy - political interference & insurance company red tape! Knowing all & curing all is quite a problem. Then's there's malpractice insurance which is really crazy in the States - anything for a quick buck!

Within the next 10-20 yrs, more & more doctors will come from abroad & the whites of European backgrounds will become a minority in Canada & the U.S. Changes, changes everywhere. As an old uncle of mine used to say perhaps all the races should continue to intermix & marry & many of the world's problems would start to decrease - interesting theory.
