What is really scary is the way the executive order is worded, it sounds like they plan to throw the constitution into the garbage and make martial law permanent. Why setup 10 military governors to rule certain regions of the United States ? if martial law is only to be a temporary measure until peace and order is restored ?

I remember reading about another Presidential Executive Order that was written over 10 years ago about the country being divided-up into 10 regions.
