Hello der Mr. Mainman - how are you? Sorry I just missed you by about 3 minutes(signed off too early). You know you reach a certain age when one finds it hard to sleep thro' a long 7 - 8 hrs without awakening - haha. You'll find out my friend - once you hit about 54 - haha. Of course you're just a young pup - right? I guess right now I simply have too much energy & my mind is very active.

Actually I am actively involved in a Personal Mission revolving around the innocent young victims - Orphans in South Africa- in Mthatha,Eastern Cape Province. It is quite exciting & right now I'm experincing a small miracle. I will tell you more over the next few weeks. An HIV virus vaccine may become available from the Research Dept. of the University of Western Ontario over the next 6 -12 months to start to combat AIDS! I need to get my body in shape for another solo 21 1/2 mile walk in late Oct or early Nov.
