A dramatic increase in the price of physical gold would certainly make good, solid properties much more attractive re financing IMHO!   The Chinese could be a tremendous catalyst for this to occur.   Even Australia is shipping most of its gold to China.   I feel Andrew Macquire knows something is about to happen & an announcement by China is imminent.  Time will tell???
