I use Fidelity and have always found the after close B/A until the next open, especialy over a weekend, to be unrealistically low on the bid and ditto high on the ask.

9AM right now I see B = .0028, A = .0039

On Sun and I think Sat too, B/A was 0.0 & 0.0

I can't speak for Scottrade but that's not what I see on Fidelity right now.
