Of course any mine that is not in use for any reason, has to be sealed to prevent it from being a safety hazard. They keep using the MSHA rules to get you to believe that Gary just walked away and left the mines. This safety hazard thing has absolutely nothing to do with the DNR and leases and claims for the ore and mineral rights. Lets see now, for the last 40yrs. he has renewed the leases. So when Sept. 1,comes and if the leases are renewed again, which i believe they will, have been every yr. This will be about 100k. Who would spend 100k to renew mines that they walked away from. Bwahahahahaha!!! NO ONE That is why everytime I see the old and tired ABANDON mine spin by bashers, it makes me laugh. Oh and the same thing goes for the worn out Arsenic trick as well. We will explain that later. For now, looking forward to Sept. to see if the leases are paid..........again. LOL!!!
