The 10-K was due Feb 15. This was the fiscal year end report, with our fiscal ending Nov 30. The company had 75 days to file, we cannot find a request for extention, so the ticker symbol change confirms they are delinquent.

I could speculate what's going on, but won't because, I KNOW NOTHING!

The last company communication (8-K) stated the court ruled in favor for them to hold the SHM May 11 covering years 2009, 2010 & 2011.

CTO still on and seems to me it will stay that way for now??
