I hope you are right about the CTO lifted, but IMO I don't think BCSC will ever lift it. I don't know anything, just my opinion. What is it that hasn't been done to comply with what has been requested to get this thing lifted?
Here's to a new year and hoping we get a gift and Garry finds someone with deep pockets to come in and help realize all the gold he says that is up there.
