As someone else said, a RS is not always a bad thing. I have had 3 such experiences and all 3 were a misrable disaster, but they do not always turn out that way, unless it's me owning the stock!

I'd say this company is far from thinking about a buyback...1st things 1st. They can't fund such an adventure as we speak, but your thought is well taken.
