Powers that be...funny....realy I mean that.

This board has had it's share of real trouble makers who dive bomb in here, rattle things up and many end up departed....most done by the HL's and a few by Agora itself.

So, when a new alias shows up, due to past experience over the years, it draws attention, but the manner in which a person posts is all that counts, and a member does not have to be "everything is rosey with the company" either, but express oneself within Agora's 6 rules...they made the rules, not the powers that be. HL's are expected to assist Agora in keeping a clean professional forum, and they have the final say so.....it belongs to them.

Saying a friend called the company IR contact who said the CTO will not be lifted until we hold a share holder meeting is hearsay, 3rd person, no proof exists in the CTO stipulation dated Jan 21, 2011 nor any company communications to the effect either.

Clear violation of rule #4.
