Ok, they comply. Whats the hold up now? Still plenty of time for an abbreviated drilling season! Any expansion of resources thru drilling, no matter how little, is a plus (+). The most recent compliance included the NI 43-101, and it shows the goods are there and "a plan" for getting them out of the ground. Lets hope Garry and the gang get moving with their "plan".
