Are you aware the company is not required to hold an annual SHM? I am not aware of any BCSC rule Silverado is not in compliance as a fully reporting company, and the CTO has nothing to do with not having the meetings either.

In the USA, OTCBB & PINK stocks are not required by SEC guidelines to have meetings either. Due to a question on another Agora board on this topic, I emailed Fidelity asking this question and that was their response...which I posted at that hub.

Yes, apparently there is an element, a group that is anti Silverado and engaging in activity to harm the company...at least that's what has been posted here a few times. Where knowledge of this activity comes from or it's validity I do not know.

Who ever this person is you comment on now and then, this board could care less what he/she is saying on "other boards." You'll note these types don't post here anymore....
