It is my guess that the statement about filing the report with the SEC incorrectly was a formality but not the retraction.
I am confident that in order to get the CTO lifted, a PR will be issued that states the difference between this report and the previous filing.
The company will want to state any changes made in the report were minor or technical in nature but and had little impact on the mineral projections. Having not compared the reports I can't say if a statement like that could be true or not. Regardless, the BCSC must ok the text prior to its release in order to have the CTO lifted.
I don't think finding common ground on the text of the PR should take long, although the BCSC has the final say.
