Well, it's my speculation from following legal matters unlike this CTO that seem to drag out forever. The courts are jammed packed, we have a shortage of judges, and the BCSC/SEC etc are so full of layers of steps to work thru the maze of any issue, what appears to us layman types to be easy to resolve is not, as paper flows that is.

The BCSC is in the drivers seat and time tables I'd think is not their priority, yet they have a responsibility to act eventually.

Obviously the steps to resolve this one eats up more time whether we like it or not.
